Job Description

Mastra is hiring a founding Account Executive to own full-cycle sales for the Mastra platform. You’ll start with a warm pipe: most leads are already using the open-source framework. You’ll sell Platform (Studio, Server, infrastructure to run, debug, and observe agents in production, hosted or self-hosted for regulated orgs), Agent Builder (agents without code), and Concierge (embedded Mastra engineers working alongside customer teams). This is a full-cycle, mid-market role targeting Series A–C companies, often with regulatory or infra constraints, with sales cycles of a few weeks and conversations with engineering leaders. This is a founding sales hire; you’ll need to bring founder mentality and comfort with a product that ships something new every week.
