Job Description

This is a first architecture function expansion role at Trax, suitable for a Staff or Senior Staff level full-stack technical leader who wants to broaden scope. Focus on strengthening architecture through communication by influence, ego-free problem solving, and reliable software designs that work with dirty data, incomplete testing, and AI-enabled development workflows. Build the first prototype in an area with zero guidelines, setting an example for others. You should be strong in Angular, Vue, JavaScript, and web-serving best practices for long-term health; experience with developer enablement and tooling in the Node.js ecosystem (shared components, design systems); and an understanding of data-heavy applications and their security needs. The candidate will work with a balance of frontend, backend, DevOps, Kubernetes, and data stacks. This is a full-time architectural leadership role for Trax.
