Seeking a CTO partner (not just a first hire) to join BOSS-IQ as a co-leader. The role combines hands-on production engineering (deployments, incidents, on-call) with high-level product strategy and exceptional prompt engineering. You will work with a founder to scale an AI strategic-planning product used by owner-operators of SMBs. Requirements include proven production software experience and a black-belt level of prompt engineering—building rule files, context discipline, and a reusable prompt library. Stack includes TypeScript, NestJS API and worker, Next.js 16 / React 19, Postgres with Prisma, Redis, BullMQ, Pinecone, S3-compatible storage, LangChain.js / LangGraph ReAct agents on Anthropic Claude across model tiers with OpenAI embeddings.
