About Tahoma AI
Tahoma AI builds AI agents that automate healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): eligibility, claim status, claim submission, denials, and payment posting. Live in production with paying enterprise customers. Our agents operate payer portals behind MFA, green-screen terminals over SSH, and Windows desktop software, with an in-house deterministic orchestration layer where model calls are bounded steps. Stack includes TypeScript/Node.js, Playwright, computer-use agents, Claude, Postgres, Azure, Kubernetes. You’ll own the core platform end to end and influence resilience to portal changes, exactly-once guarantees, observability, and cost per run.

We are live in production with paying enterprise customers. You’ll own the core platform end to end and make architecture-level calls for resilience to portal changes, exactly-once guarantees, observability, and cost per run. Stack includes TypeScript/Node.js, Playwright, computer-use agents, Claude, Postgres, Azure, and Kubernetes. You will own core platform components end to end, shaping the system to be robust against portal changes and enabling efficient, observable, and cost-effective runs.Remote
