Job Description

Lead Engineer to own and scale our data platform used by Community Health Centers to improve patient care through EHR data integration. Responsibilities include guiding system design, shipping features end-to-end, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with product and customers. Required/preferred skills include strong experience with full-stack development and the modern tech stack (Rails, TypeScript, Go, React, GraphQL, D3); experience building data pipelines or analytics platforms; leadership experience; strong communication skills. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in the US or Canada.
