We’re seeking a hands-on technical leader to build alongside a lean team and help recruit its founding engineers. You don’t need a previous CTO title, but you should have shipped and operated production software. The product will support iOS, Android and responsive web, including: patient and provider onboarding, scheduling and secure messaging; AI-assisted therapist matching based on clinical needs, preferences, insurance and availability; provider credential verification and payer enrollment workflows; insurance eligibility checks and estimated patient costs; secure video sessions and clinician-reviewed AI documentation. Relevant experience includes full-stack development, mobile apps, healthcare integrations, sensitive-data security and practical AI implementation.
