Job Description
We’re Solace Health seeking a Technical Lead to act as player/coach for people managers and engineers. This senior leadership role focuses on guiding architecture, mentorship, and delivery across squads, while maintaining hands-on involvement in building critical features. Tech stack includes TypeScript with ReactJS and NodeJS, NestJS, PostgreSQL, GCP, SQL, TypeORM, shadcn UI, and Kubernetes. Remote US, full-time, equity included. Salary range: $200,000-$230,000.
