Job Description

We’re a seed-stage AI healthcare startup seeking a backend-leaning full-stack engineer. You will be one of the first engineers outside the founding team, owning entire product areas as a true full-stack contributor. Work directly with the CTO at the edge of AI and LLM-enabled systems. You’ll contribute to technical strategy, make architectural decisions, and write production code with AI-first developer workflows. Prior experience with AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), React, and Rust is not required—we’ll teach you. This is a full-time onsite role in Boston, MA with high ownership and real impact on clinics, clinicians, and patients.
