Join Apex Dental Partners as a Full-Stack Developer building and maintaining our operations system used across 65 practices in eight states. Tech stack includes Rails 8 + React, Electron, Go, and C#/ .NET against OpenDental, all on AWS. You’ll own problems end-to-end—from diagnosing billing workflow issues to designing fixes and shipping them—working closely with non-engineering team members to understand workflows. Recent projects include an AI-first metrics layer that answers operational questions in chat, automated patient scheduling and communications, insurance verification scraping, and a live PMS integration across every practice. The role offers broad latitude, a mix of greenfield work and platform improvements, and tangible impact on daily operations.
