German strategy & transformation consultancy building our own product: a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes – built entirely on Microsoft Azure in C#/.NET (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, vector DBs). We are looking for the person who owns the engineering end-to-end: architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC), multi-tenancy, security, cost control, and leading a small senior team.
Job Description
Head of Development – AI Agent Platform: Own engineering end-to-end for a platform to design, orchestrate, run and govern AI agents for enterprise processes. Role includes architecture, hands-on coding, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), Infrastructure as Code, multi-tenancy, security, cost control, and leading a small senior engineering team. Platform is built on Microsoft Azure in C#/.NET using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel/Agent Framework, MCP, knowledge graphs, RAG, and vector databases. Must have AI agents in production today (please specify which and where). You report directly to the founders and shape the product from day one.
