Note: Albs Labs is hiring multiple Staff- and Senior-level IC roles across four focus areas; this entry covers the Speech-to-Speech Models focus (ASR and TTS). We seek senior researchers to advance real-time speech processing, including ASR and TTS, with emphasis on end-to-end multimodal integration and robust inference. Responsibilities include leading experiments, mentoring junior researchers, and collaborating with product-focused teams to deploy speech-enabled systems. Requirements typically include a PhD with extensive research or industry experience, or an equivalent track record. Location: Freiburg, Germany. On-site only. Full-time role.
