Note: Albs Labs is hiring multiple Staff- and Senior-level IC roles across four focus areas; this entry covers the Speech-to-Speech Models focus (ASR and TTS). We are looking for researchers to advance real-time speech processing, including ASR and TTS components, multimodal integration, and model optimization for interactive systems. Responsibilities include designing acoustic and language models, evaluating speech pipelines, and contributing to end-to-end multimodal systems. Requirements typically include a PhD with several years of research or industry experience, or an equivalent track record. Location: Freiburg, Germany. On-site only. Full-time role.
