Senior MT staff positions in research and engineering at Albs Labs. We are adding a few senior people in research (LLM pre-training, post-training, speech, vision-language models, model adaptation) and engineering (inference and hardware optimization with C++/Rust, CUDA, SIMD, NPUs; data pipelines for text and multimodal; agentic platform). Roles typically require a PhD plus several years of experience for research, or several years of hands-on experience for engineering. Location Freiburg, Germany; onsite 3 days per week; remote with regular visits possible. Full-time. Equity included.
