Note: Albs Labs is hiring multiple Staff- and Senior-level IC roles across four focus areas; this entry covers the LLM Post-Training focus. We seek senior researchers to lead post-training developments such as RLHF, preference optimization, and evals, and to guide experiments, publications, and tooling. Responsibilities include mentoring junior researchers, shaping research direction, and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy high-quality post-trained models. Requirements typically include a PhD with substantial research or industry experience, or an equivalent track record. Location: Freiburg, Germany. On-site only. Full-time role.
