Job Description

Join the founding team of the in-house AI unit. You will work directly with the unit head and shape how the team is built from day one. Focus on software work involving LLMs, data, APIs, and the systems around them. Responsibilities include developing LLM assistants and agents over real company data, handling Arabic and Saudi-dialect language processing, establishing proper evaluation practices, and working with open-weight models on our own hardware. The unit publishes research, with opportunities to co-author.
