Railtown AI is hiring a Head of Developer Relations to own the developer narrative across Conductr, Railengine, Railtracks, and Agent Evaluations; develop adoption through technical content, demos, docs, community programs, open source growth, and direct feedback loops with product and engineering. Requirements include 5+ years in developer advocacy, DevRel, technical product marketing, or similar; experience scaling a developer platform or technical audience; understanding of AI tooling, agents, and observability; ability to write code, demo live, and communicate clearly with developers and executives.
