Job Description
Note: This posting is for two roles: Principal Engineer and Distinguished Engineer. Lead the design and delivery of net-new consumer products end-to-end for Albert's platform. We’re seeking top-tier engineers who ship prototypes quickly, own 0-to-1 product initiatives, and thrive in small, senior-heavy teams with direct ownership. Responsibilities include technical leadership, system architecture across services, collaborating with product and design, and shipping high-impact features for 20M+ users. Remote-friendly with global team; compensation up to $750k with meaningful equity; stack includes Python, Claude, PostgreSQL, React.js, and React Native.Remote
