We are seeking a generalist software engineer with strong CS fundamentals, experience building reliable systems, performance optimization, and clean architecture. We value solving complex problems more than any specific tech stack. Salary: $150,000-$180,000. Fully remote with flexible hours. Requirements: solid technical ability; ability to design and maintain scalable systems; comfortable with performance optimization; good communication; willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.
