Job Description
Role: Back-end Software Engineer (Tier 3/Tier 4). You’ll design and implement backend systems, APIs, and integrations for on-demand client projects. This role benefits from ai-forward expertise: ability to design RL benchmarks, red-team model outputs, and rubrics to evaluate agentic coding capabilities for frontier models. Compensation: Tier 3 $140k–$180k; Tier 4 $210k–$264k total comp. Remote-first with some onsite work; US-based. Requirements: 5–20 years experience; proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Python, DevOps, and third-party API integrations.Remote
