Lithic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a small engineering team building Lithic's core infrastructure API for issuing and processing payment cards across Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. You will shape technical strategy, drive delivery of scalable services for real-time financial systems at scale, collaborate with product, security, and design, and recruit and grow engineers. This is a remote, full-time role with a salary range of $169,000—$265,000.
