Job Description

Founding Engineer role for a stealth DePIN AI trading platform. Remote globally; two founding engineers are sought — this role focuses on Security & Infrastructure. You will help design and build secure edge DePIN nodes, private ML components, cross-node communications, and a hard-layered defense against front-running and data leakage. Core tech includes Cardano/Midnight (ZKP), TEEs (Intel SGX/AMD SEV), eBPF kernel monitoring, Wasm sandboxing, and NATS/gRPC for low-latency messaging. This is a full-time milestone-contract position with a two-stage compensation model. Upfront pre-funding: $150-$300 for a 1-hour alignment call and the right to include your profile in grant proposals. Post-Grant: $100-$150/hour once funding is secured (approx. $300k annual). Benefits include a Milestone-Triggered Revenue Share: 5%-10% of Gross Revenue distributed to the two founding engineers monthly for 12 consecutive months after the platform hits $10,000 in Monthly Gross Revenue; no equity dilution.
