Founding role to build the agents and the intelligence behind them with our CTO: evals and systems that improve from their own usage, long-term memory, retrieval over millions of documents, model routing and cost, and secure, permissioned access to client data. Fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement. Responsibilities include developing AI agents and the underlying systems, designing evals that improve from usage, implementing long-term memory and retrieval over large document stores, building model routing and cost controls, and ensuring secure, permissioned access to client data.
