You’ll own AI at JUPUS: the Applied AI team (5 direct reports), the technical roadmap and the quality bar. No delivery commitments. You make the architecture calls on retrieval, evaluation and agent design. You’ve managed engineers with direct reports, and spent 3+ years at a company where agentic AI is central to the product. 85 people, €19.5M raised, fully remote.
