Job Description
Engineering Manager (Ruby on Rails): 8+ years of experience (preferably in startups); professional German language proficiency; EU-based. Backend stack: Ruby on Rails (8.x), StimulusJS, Hotwire, Turbo, AlpineJS, PostgreSQL, Docker, DigitalOcean, OpenAPI, LLMs. Fully remote setup within Europe; significant equity; flat hierarchies and a no-ego work environment.
