Job Description
Lead and grow our data engineering team while staying close to the code. You’ll own the roadmap for the pipelines, data services, orchestration, and platform infrastructure that power our analytics, and contribute to production systems alongside your team. 8+ years of software or data engineering experience, 2+ managing engineers. Strong Python, SQL, Rust, and TypeScript. Experience with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Dagster or similar) and columnar formats (Parquet, Arrow). Financial markets or exchange experience a strong plus. NYC-based, hybrid.Remote
