Job Description

Krea is looking for a Member of Technical Staff to join their team of ~15 technical staff members. The role involves tackling challenges in the creative tooling space with AI. Some of the challenges include large-scale training of diffusion models, post-training using techniques like DPO, UI testing framework to simulate user actions, distillation of state-of-the-art models like Flux for real-time performance, zero-downtime and blue-green deployments, recommendation systems for user-content, vector-based search API for filtering through millions of user assets, and multi-cloud multi-cluster infrastructure management. The tech stack includes CUDA, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Tigris, Node, Svelte(Kit), WebGL/WebGPU/WASM, Python, and Ceph.
