About Workday
Workday is a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance, HR, and planning. The in-house creative team uses AI daily, and we built our own agent platform (Creative AI Studio). We are hiring an AI Creative Technologist to keep it running, build new role-specific agents, and integrate automation over APIs and MCP servers. The role also involves supporting users, improving agents through PRs, teaching designers and writers to extract value from AI tools, and evaluating AI vendors for architecture, security, data handling, and pricing.
Job Description
Workday’s in-house creative team uses AI daily. We built Creative AI Studio and need a hands-on technologist to keep it running and to build what comes next. You’ll split time between building: creating new role-specific agents, integrations, and automations over APIs and MCP servers to move work from request to brief to production to review with fewer manual handoffs; and making shipped tools usable by non-technical creatives by supporting users, updating agents via PRs, and teaching designers and writers to extract real value from AI.
