We learn how work gets done, build AI solutions (primarily Claude: skills, agents, connectors, MCP), and train client teams until they don't need us. We grew from 1 client in February to about 20.
Job Description
Entry-level role within the same small, bootstrapped, profitable AI consulting firm. You will assist in owning client relationships end to end and train client teams under supervision; learn to build AI solutions using Claude; develop the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical business owners. This is a remote role for US-based candidates. Visa sponsorship possible. Salary base $60,000–$100,000 with upside for new business; equity possible. Note: There are two roles described in this posting; you would be hired for one of them.Remote
