Job Description

Join a small, bootstrapped, profitable AI consulting firm. You will own client relationships end to end: discovery, the build, and the training. Build AI solutions (primarily Claude: skills, agents, connectors, MCP) and train client teams until they can operate independently. You should be a strong builder who can explain complex AI concepts to non-technical business owners (e.g., a 60-year-old owner). This is a remote role for US-based candidates. Visa sponsorship possible. Salary base $60,000–$100,000 with upside for new business; equity possible. Note: There are two roles described in this posting; you would be hired for one of them.
