Our founding team features a second time founder and a language modeling scientist from Apple. Job Description

Staff AI Engineer — agent reliability, evals, orchestration. Focus on building reliable AI agents that can operate across dozens of tool calls, with orchestration, evals, and reliability on frontier models. Onsite in San Francisco. Salary $250k–$350k plus equity. Tech stack includes Python, TypeScript/React, Azure, frontier LLMs. Part of a small, fast-scaling insurtech AI startup backed by a16z and YC.
