Arcforma AI is hiring an AI Engineer to build end-to-end production AI systems inside client organizations. This role can be engaged on either of two tracks: a contract/project-based track or a full-time track. You will own a system end-to-end: data intake, evaluation, and a client-facing interface. Choose one track, depth in one domain beats breadth across multiple: Marketing, Construction, or Fashion & Luxury. For the contract track: $50-$150/hr, scoped first project (3-6 weeks), senior-level candidates preferred. For the full-time track: $80k-$120k plus equity. Tracks correspond to Marketing (CRM automation, brief-to-asset pipelines, brand guardrails, attribution), Construction (invoices, contracts, schedules, RFIs, submittals), and Fashion & Luxury (merchandising, PLM, Shopify Plus, PIM, allocation, demand forecasting, clienteling, creative workflows). You will work with operators, not just generic LLM plumbing, and own an end-to-end system that meets a real business need.
