Founding Head of Growth responsible for B2B growth and go-to-market efforts, employer acquisition and closing, strategic partnerships, and building the first repeatable sales engine. You’ll work directly with the CEO to own the path to the first 10 paying employers. Equity-only at this stage with no salary. This is a true founding opportunity—you’ll build the growth function from the ground up.
