Waypoint Learning is hiring a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage EdTech startup building AI tools to help teachers support students with IEPs. This is a founding role with a one-week challenge to begin collaboration: the best submission wins $500 and the top 5 receive an immediate final-round interview. Deadline: Monday, May 11 at 12pm ET. Tech stack includes TypeScript and Python; MCP and Claude. Responsibilities include building core product features, collaborating directly with the founding team, and helping to shape product direction.
