You would be the first engineering hire, helping shape agent orchestration, durable execution runtime, and core architectural decisions.
Job Description
Temper is building AI-powered automation for enterprise data integrations. You will be the first engineering hire and help shape the architecture and core systems. Focus areas include agent orchestration, a durable execution runtime, and self-healing infrastructure. We already have paying enterprise customers and more demand than we can keep up with. Tech stack includes TypeScript, Effect-TS, Bun, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS. This is a founder-level role with a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.Remote Conditions
