You would be the first engineering hire, helping shape agent orchestration, durable execution runtime, and core architectural decisions.
Job Description
You’ll be the first engineering hire at Temper. Build an AI-driven integration platform for B2B data exchanges (EDI), turning plain-English requirements into production-ready code, tests, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Own core architecture decisions around agent orchestration, durable execution runtime, and self-healing infra. Influenced by a founders' track record scaling a logistics startup to 400+ employees.
