River is hiring Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer. This full-time role can be remote or in our SF/NYC regions. Salary: $200,000-$250,000. You will scale ML/AI systems to automate operations and tackle fraud/risk, working with Python, PyTorch, XGBoost, and LLMs. The role supports realtime fraud detection, risk assessment, and operational automation for a Bitcoin-focused financial platform, integrating ML into our existing Python/ML stack and collaborating with the Elixir/Go/GraphQL backend teams.
