Job Description

We’re looking for a Python backend engineer to work on a trustless supercluster of GPU-enabled sandboxed Docker container runners controlled by decentralized algorithms (not just Paxos or Raft). This is a fully remote B2B contract role with a flexible schedule: work from anywhere as long as you commit at least 30 hours per week. Compensation is 45-70 USD per hour (or 180-280 PLN per hour), with rates inflation-adjusted twice a year. Requirements include 5+ years of programming experience, including at least 1 year with Python (open-source contributions and significant personal projects are welcome).
