Normcore.io is an autoscaling game server hosting service and Unity plugin that includes all of the pieces you need to create a multiplayer game. The company is actively scaling the team to keep up with demand for new features and to expand into other live services. The team consists of ex-Unity/Google folks working on SDKs and tools for multiplayer game development, as well as their own VR titles built on their networking tech.
Job Description
We’re looking for a Head of Strategic Finance to model our revenue streams, create financial projections for the company, and help design the monetization strategy for our titles. The role involves building tools and financial models (leveraging Claude for Excel and Claude Code) to track titles, store charts, and analyze data to guide company direction. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours and vacation. You will own financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for a fast-growing gaming/VR tech company.Remote
