Job Description

GTM/Growth Operator & Fractional CMO seeking contract/fractional/full-time roles in growth, technical product marketing, dev rel, or growth operations. I build data-driven marketing systems and organic acquisition engines, helping startups move from paid ads to compounding organic channels. I write technical content, build webhook-driven attribution pipelines, and set up analytics dashboards (PostHog, GTM) to make marketing performance transparent. I am essentially a one-person marketing team. Remote-friendly with experience coordinating across US/EU hours and async workflows. Willing to relocate within SEA. Compensation: $30,000-$50,000 annually.
