Job Description

We’re starting a new Labs team to expand our platform and explore new markets in residential construction. You will architect and ship critical platform features, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor engineers. This is a rare, entrepreneurial individual-contributor role with opportunities to influence product direction as the team grows. We are hiring across all teams, including full-stack generalists and ML engineers; this role focuses on labs work that blends platform engineering with new product exploration.
