Job Description

We are a fast-growing tech-enabled property management company building Maynard to run more of the company. We’re not a software company and don’t plan to build a big engineering organization; we want a small number of very strong engineers who can have enormous leverage inside an operating company. We’re seeking a principal technical builder on a small team. The role is a builder role (not management) with significant ownership and impact, designing and building production software that touches leasing, property operations, communications, maintenance, document processing and reporting. We’re now working on modules like payments and treasury, replacing parts of our ERP, and using LLMs to automate workflows. Stack is primarily TypeScript/Node, SvelteKit, PostgreSQL, Azure and Cloudflare; you’ll work directly with the CEO.
