Job Description
Lead the transition from legacy systems to a modern cloud architecture. Build and manage Kubernetes deployment; set hiring standards; mentor engineers. Tech stack includes Python (Django), React, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures. Role reports to Founder; own technical roadmap and help build the team. Salary: $175,000-$210,000; Equity: Phantom Stock Plan with revenue-based valuation; on-site in Berkeley, CA.Remote Conditions
