Job Description
Role: Embedded advisor across multiple companies, helping design, run, and improve people programs using the FeedbackPulse platform and AI tooling. You won’t internally manage HR; you’ll operate as an embedded advisor helping clients build and optimize people programs (surveys, 360 reviews, feedback systems). Requirements: HR/PeopleOps experience; daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork); clear writing; self-directed; results-oriented.
