Job Description
We’re building an AI-native clinical data platform. You will own the environment and drive engineering leadership without micromanagement, overseeing CI/CD, QA, testing infrastructure, and compliance documentation, while contributing 30-40% to independent feature development. Ground-floor equity is offered in a pre-revenue company. Requirements include 3-7 years of full-stack experience, strong QA discipline, and DevOps comfort with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. You must have US work authorization or be US-based; visa sponsorship is not provided. Stack: React/Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS. You must be actively shipping software with AI coding tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and be able to show AI-built work in the last 60 days.Remote Conditions
