Job Description

Role: Lead, Data Platform. Manage a team of 5+ engineers building full-stack systems powering how machine data is captured, moved, stored, and used across deployed fleets. Stay hands-on while shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving execution. This posting includes three roles at Viam: Staff Engineer (Fleet Management), Lead, Data Platform, and VP / Director Engineering. Onsite in NYC 3 days/week. Tech Stack: Go, TypeScript, Svelte, MongoDB, gRPC/Protobuf, Linux.
