Job Description

Hiring a software engineer to build greenfield genAI unstructured data and NLP pipelines. Responsibilities include prototyping SOTA papers and methods focused on hybrid search embeddings pipelines of unstructured data, owning infrastructure, focusing on drift metrics, eval harnesses and experiments, and collaborating daily with a portfolio manager who codes in python. Candidates should be curious, eval and experiment oriented, and like to ship. Finance knowledge is not required. Suitable for 2-5 year SWE or fresh PhD who has shipped real systems and code in production. Fluent in python and typical LLM API tooling frameworks. AWS experience a plus. Potential to be directly tied to P&L generation.
