Job Description

We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to power our future. This greenfield role involves defining data models that fuel reporting, analytics, and ML/AI. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining data marts in dbt + Snowflake, building customer-facing dashboards, bridging engineering, business ops, and client teams, running ad-hoc analyses, and shaping how the data platform evolves with AI/ML capabilities. Key requirements include deep data modeling knowledge, advanced SQL, dbt and Snowflake experience, strong communication skills, and a learning mindset. You’ll work directly with leadership in a small team and have influence over how we build.
