Job Description

Role: Own features end-to-end alongside two existing engineers in a small, async-first remote team. Production Rails experience required. You’ll be one of the first three engineers and will contribute to product ownership and development. Stack: Rails 8, Hotwire (Turbo + Stimulus), Postgres, RSpec, AWS, GitHub Actions. Must have 5+ years shipping Rails in production; Daily Claude/Codex usage with a real AI workflow (your own skills/hooks/commands), opinions on when to override the agent, and ability to review AI output as critically as a junior PR. Strong written English; ability to stay calm under customer-facing pressure.
