Job Description

Lead an organization of ~25 engineers across three teams, directly managing the growth platform team while providing strategic and organizational leadership across the full group. This high-ownership leadership role calls for a people-first, visionary leader who is passionate about growth engineering and maximizing the potential of an already high-performing team. You’ll bring deep technical expertise in designing and shipping growth systems, partner closely with Product, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Data Platform, and Analytics to build reliable foundations and translate growth strategy into high-leverage technical capabilities.
