Job Description

Own the entire security and compliance scope for Return, overseeing security strategy, risk management, policies, audits, and security operations across EU cloud platforms and on-site battery facilities. Report to the CTO with direct access to the management board. This is a senior leadership role intended to consolidate security work currently managed by the CTO, platform team, and Head of OT to scale security across the organization. Hybrid work arrangement; collaboration with CTO, platform team, and OT security specialists to protect critical energy infrastructure.
